What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, private retreats, wellness gatherings, entrepreneur masterminds, corporate offsites, glamping stays, acoustic evenings, luxury picnics, and luxury private events. If you have something in mind that’s not listed, reach out — we’re happy to discuss.
Do you have a minimum or maximum guest count?
Guest capacities vary depending on the type of event and the spaces being used. We specialize in intimate, meaningful gatherings rather than large-scale events. Contact us with your details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I bring my own caterer or chef?
Yes. We welcome outside catering, private chefs, and high-end food truck experiences. We do not operate a commercial kitchen on-site, so all dining experiences are coordinated through outside vendors.
Is the property chemical-free?
Yes. We are committed to using only natural fertilizers and organic practices. No synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or artificial growth agents are used on the property. The lavender blooms naturally and remains in the field all season.
Is the property adults-only?
The retreat is designed primarily for adult experiences — our atmosphere is peaceful, refined, and intentionally calm. Families are welcome for events such as weddings where children naturally attend alongside adult guests.
How do I check availability or get pricing?
Availability and pricing are handled personally based on the type of event, dates, and group size. We do not publish a public calendar or fixed price list at this time. Submit an inquiry and we’ll follow up directly to discuss your specific needs.
Is acoustic music allowed?
Yes. Acoustic musicians are welcome throughout the property. The open-air natural setting creates a beautiful acoustic environment — it’s one of the things we’re most excited to share.
How do I get there?
The property is located at 359 Jim Road, Blackfoot, Idaho. The nearest airport is Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA), approximately 25 minutes away. Detailed directions are provided upon booking confirmation.
When is lavender bloom season?
Lavender bloom season typically peaks in early to mid-summer in Idaho. The property is beautiful year-round, but if lavender in full bloom is important to your event, we’ll discuss timing as part of your inquiry.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates for Blackfoot Lavender Retreat experiences are available. They make a perfect gift for bridal showers, honeymoon additions, milestone birthdays, and anniversaries. Reach out directly to arrange one.
